Job Description:

Welcoming the guest, seating the guest, giving menu cards, arranging all advance table reservation, maintaining all records like cover count register, guest history, inventory, station allocation, attending & answering the telephone calls.

Job Description:

  • To implement corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
  • To keep management informed of market conditions, price trends, product availability and methods of reducing costs. To maintain and upgrade the quality of items purchased.
  • To control purchase costs through competitive shopping for quality products. To supervise and control all storeroom operations.
  • Checking storeroom procedures daily to ensure stock rotation, items are properly priced, sanitation standards are maintained a’s sufficient inventories are available for efficient operation.
  • Visiting local markets on a regular basis:
    a) To be able to meet and select suppliers.
    b) To be able to find and select the best quality items available in the market.
  • Controlling working inventories of china, glass and silver.

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Job Description:

  • Controlling the payroll. Reconciling bank statements. Ensuring legislation is followed regarding VAT and PAYE.
  • Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods.
  • Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management.
    Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue.
  • Chasing late payments, reporting bad debts and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Welcoming guests, getting them seated, explaining menu cards, arranging all advance table reservation(s), maintaining all records.
The candidate should be presentable with excellent communication skills.

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Description:

  • Would have to direct and co-ordinate the activities of the restaurant to maintain and improve food quality, service and merchandising to effect increased sales and profits.
  • Must co-ordinate the activities of all the operating departments in the restaurant in order to provide the best possible service to the guests of the restaurant and also to maintain profitability and accountability.
  • Should have excellent communication skills and must hold a degree in Hospitality.

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Job Description:

  • Responsible for smooth kitchen operations, quality of food prepared and optimum utilisation of resources while minimising costs to the best.
